抗冲刷系列截止阀使用说明书

一、用途

     主要安装在水、汽管道上作为启闭装置（如汽机、锅炉疏放水、锅炉定期排污门、减温水总门等），在火电厂的疏放水系统中，目前大都采用国内的普通阀门或进口阀门，由于此类阀门结构的原因，阀芯和阀座长时间受到高温、高压流体的冲蚀，磨损极快，使阀门关闭不严，从而造成疏放水系统阀门的内漏问题。鉴于此我公司开发出能够解决内漏问题的专用阀门—抗冲刷截止阀。

三、结构简述：

1.高压介质进入阀门，先在阀笼充分降压释放压能和噪音,这样流体不会冲蚀阀芯和阀座的密封面，从而起到免冲刷的作用。通过阀瓣上下移动，可以任意调节阀门的流量，具有可调性。

2.耐高温、高压和耐冲蚀的性能主要零件均选用优质不锈钢制造，阀芯和阀座的密封部位均采用堆焊司太立硬质合金的特殊加工工艺，密封面堆焊层不低于2.5mm。

3.阀瓣和阀笼之间接触而不产生摩擦力,阀笼直向定位,使得阀门关闭严密无泄漏，开启灵活无卡滞等优点。

4.阀杆、阀瓣采用活络结构，可以调整制造过程中由于阀杆不同心而引起的擦伤、泄漏等问题。

5.阀杆表面经抗蚀性氮化处理,刚性、耐磨、抗擦伤性能好。

6.填料为柔性石墨，内加镍丝, 柔软耐磨,不会刮伤阀杆。
